Hey there — we’re a small team of coffee lovers roasting right here in the Niagara region. At East Dock Coffee, we’re all about great coffee, good vibes, and connecting with our community through every bag we roast.

What started as a shared love for coffee turned into a passion for sourcing unique beans from around the world and roasting them with care, right here at home. From smooth and chocolatey to bright and fruity, we embrace the variety of flavors that different regions have to offer. Every roast has its own story — and we love bringing that to life.

We roast in small batches so everything stays fresh and full of flavor. No shortcuts, no mass production — just quality beans, thoughtful roasting, and a real love for what we do.

Crimson & Clover Cafe is a collaborative project with Half Baked Bagel  goods, We are proud to bring specialty coffee shop to Niagara Fall that is focused on bringing quality food, coffee and service. You can find us at 5219 Victoria Avenue Niagara Falls open 9-3 Wednesday to Saturday.

 

Welland Farmers Market

 

We are proud to have a spot in the heart of Welland at Farmers market in the heritage building serving coffee to our local regulars and new friends. At the market we are offering our fresh roasted coffee along with classic drip coffee, espresso, feature drinks! We couldn't be happier to share such a special space with fantastic vendors, and the community. Come out and have a  coffee with us!
